Hi!! My name is Sarath. My wife, Romanie and I have been travelling the world for nearly 40 years and have travelled to upwards of 70 countries to date!!
At first, our travels were limited to whenever we could get away from our busy work schedules. This was at the time we lived and worked in Bermuda.
Life changed for us in 1998, when we decided to come back to our native Sri Lanka. We went from a lifestyle of “all work and some play” to one of “more play and less work”!! I still do some work, albeit mainly on a non-executive basis.

I started life in the Financial Services Industry where I worked 25 years.
We changed our lifestyle in 1998 to one that centers on Travel! Our ultimate goal is to help you get started in seeing and enjoying this beautiful world we live in.
These days, travelling the globe is truly within everyone’s reach. We will share our many wonderful experiences and give you some helpful tips to help you along the way.

Travel is so much more than seeing places, it entails meeting new friends, experiencing different cultures, learning from others, having different experiences, improving social skills, learning to communicate with different people, creating memories for a lifetime – in short it gets you a Real-Life education.
